Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Account Registration

gb333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm the identity and age of all Players before real-money withdrawals are processed and, in certain circumstances, before real-money deposits are accepted. The following terms apply:

Withdrawals

Withdrawal of Real Money Balances from a gb333 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a payment account verified as belonging to the Player. gb333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Where a bonus has been credited to a Player's Account, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed in full before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each offer at the time of promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment account, unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.

Account Suspension & Closure

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.

Responsible Gaming
